How do you automatically get the best tariff for voice calls and SMS?

• Choose the corresponding offer:
  • Optima 30 - with 30 minutes free talktime included each month
  • Optima 100 - with 100 minutes free talktime included each month
  • Optima 400 - with 400 minutes free talktime included each month
• With Optima, Orange always automatically charges the most attractive tariff amongst the Optima prices for your calls and SMS.
  Orange even chooses a price plan with a lower monthly fee than the one you have subscribed to. This is becomes effective 6 months since activation of the price plan. If you choose not to purchase a new mobile phone, you will benefit from Optima when you receive your first bill.
• The difference between your selected price plan and the lowest Optima tariff is credited to your current monthly bill
• If you send more than 30 SMS a month, you will automatically benefit from the SMS Option (CHF 3.- per month and CHF 0.15 for each SMS, not valid for promotional offers) and save on the normal rate (CHF 0.25/SMS).

How to use the free talktime

The monthly free talktime included and the Optima billing method are valid for domestic calls within Switzerland, for calls from Switzerland to Europe, the USA and many more countries. Excluded are calls abroad+B14, MMS, data connections and additional charges for calls to premium-rate numbers. Unused minutes cannot be rolled over to the next billing cycle.

You can manage your 3 Preferred Numbers online. Click simply on 'My Account' and then on 'Account management'.
Or simply call the number 0800 700 700 from your mobile phone, dial directly the number '3' and follow the instructions to activate or modify your Preferred Numbers.

You can modify your 3 Preferred Numbers once per calendar month.
Excluded are Orange Box, 0800-, 0900-, short- and value added service numbers, as well as numbers giving access to internet/data services and CoopMobile and mobilezone net numbers.
