Declaration of non-liability of Orange Communications SA

Orange will provide you with access to the worldwide internet from its data network, and by that means enable you to use the general internet services, such as e-mail, newsgroups, and the worldwide web (www).

The use of the Internet services is on own responsibility. Only access to legal contents is permitted.

Orange rejects any liability for the accuracy of information found over Internet. It concerns in particular information from third persons, which are accessible over the Internet services. For contents or the quality of external supplies, which are accessible through links on the Orange Site, any liability is excluded.

Orange and its subcontractors will not be liable for any damage, including damage by viruses, caused by the unauthorized use of the link by others. For the availability and correctness of information and services, for observance of third-party intellectual-property rights, and for transmission times on the internet, solely the relevant providers at any time are responsible.

However, Orange cannot guarantee that you will be able to log-on to the net at all times, nor can it guarantee the uninterrupted, fault-free operation of internet-access services or other internet services.

Similarly, Orange cannot guarantee that perfect Orange internet-access services will be possible on all equipment you may use.

As far as the law permits, Orange declines any further liability, notably (but not necessarily limited to) indirect damage and loss of profit.
