Premium rate, shared rate, directory services and short numbers

Calls to Premium rate numbers (090x), shared rate numbers (084x), directory services (18xy) and the short numbers (e.g. 140, 1600, 161, 162, 163, 164, 187) are are charged at the rate applied by the service provider, added to the standard national call charge.

Calls to Liechtenstein

Your calls to Liechtenstein are charged at the same attractive rate as your calls within Switzerland, according to your price plan. This applies to your calls to fixed and mobile networks. The Liechtenstein number ranges +423 60 to 68 are premium numbers with one special rate (currently CHF 1.-/min.) which may be modified at any time.

Information on the 14-day return guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please do not hesitate to:

1. contact our Customer Care on 0800 700 700 for Orange Home Pack or on 0800 700 600 for Office Hub within 14 days of your subscription
2. return your SIM card and your Flybox, intact and in the original packaging, to:
   Orange Communications SA, c/o ALSO Schweiz AG, Meierhofstrasse 7, Postfach 666, 6032 Emmen LU within 7 days of your call to our Customer Care (please use the label provided). Please include this document and fill in your details.

The notification to Orange regarding the returning of the Flybox and the SIM card within this period will automatically terminate your subscription without penalty fees. Any usage charges incurred before this automatic cancellation will be charged to you.
You will be charged CHF 240.– by Orange if the SIM card and the Flybox are not returned to the above address within 7 days after your return notification.
