The actual speed depends on your telephone connection (for example, the distance from your network provider's telephone exchange) and may not be as high as the speed indicated. CoopMobile and mobilezone net customers are not considered to be Orange Mobile customers.
Monthly inclusive minutes only apply to the first hour of communication to all Swiss networks. They will be billed starting from the 1st day of each month. Calls to premium rate numbers are excluded. Calls to free phone numbers beginning with 0800 are not taken into account. The inclusive minutes cannot be carried forward to the subsequent billing period.

To subscribe to Orange ADSL and enjoy Fixtalk automatically, all you need is an analogue phone connection compatible with ADSL.

Make sure your phone connection is compatible with Orange ADSL.

Step 3

You will receive your modem. A few days later, you will receive a welcome letter confirming that your line has been activated. You can then:

• surf the Internet
• make calls from your fixed line at a special rate thanks to Fixtalk.

Don't forget that if you are an Orange Mobile customer, you will benefit from a discount of CHF 10.-/month on your Orange ADSL subscription. Become an Orange Mobile customer online or go to your nearest Orange Center.

Do you already have ADSL and/or preselection through another operator?

If you already use ADSL through another operator and would like to take advantage of the better conditions offered by Orange ADSL, nothing could be easier: check the date when your contract expires and cancel it by registered post. We will provide you with a cancellation letter that you can print out and send to your operator. Then all you need do is subscribe to the Orange ADSL offer.

Subscription to Fixtalk

• All subscriptions to Orange ADSL from 18/03/2008 will automatically include Fixtalk. Fixtalk will be activated on your fixed line at the same time as Orange ADSL.

• If you subscribed to Orange ADSL before 18/03/08 and just want to take advantage of Fixtalk for free (instead of CHF 5.-/month), contact our Customer Care on 0800 700 700.

Installation

Installing Orange ADSL is easy and the whole process only takes a few days including registration.

1st day

subscribe online, by calling our Customer Care or at an Orange Center.

2nd-7th day

as soon as we receive the signed contract, we will send your modem to you by post.

7th-14th day

once the line is activated, we will send you your personal connection details (user name and password) in a welcome letter.

14th day

install your modem by following the quick set-up guide. You are now ready to surf the Internet.

To install Orange ADSL, you will need:

• your modem (Livebox or Babybox) with the quick set-up guide
• your user name and your password

Installation of Fixtalk will be carried out at the same time as Orange ADSL. As soon as you receive your welcome letter, you can check if your line has been activated by calling 0868 868 868 free from your fixed line.

Home installation

Do you need help installing your modem? We offer a home installation service, carried out by a professional technician, for the special price of CHF 149.-.

1st day

You register online, by calling our Customer Care or at any Orange Center.

2nd - 7th day

As soon as we receive the signed contract, we will send your modem to you by post.

7th - 14th day

Once the line is activated, we will send you your personal connection details (user name and password) in a welcome letter. A technician will then contact you to agree an installation date in the next 5 days.

14th day

The technician will come to your home to install your modem and will explain how Orange ADSL works.

Home installation includes the following services:

• visit from an technician to your home
• connection and configuration of your modem
• connection of your computer to the modem
• explanation of how Orange ADSL works

Any services not included in the package will become the subject of a separate quote from the installer.
